The New-ACE is an open network and invites new academics who is interested in the Network’s mission to join and to participate in the Network’s activities, in particular in the workshops.

The network is also open to researchers who intend to pursue an academic career and to people working in industry with an interest in control engineering and related areas.

The network consists of core members, advisory members and participants.

Core Members
The core members come from different universities and their research interests span a wide range of control related areas. In particular, they are active in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, power engineering, chemical engineering, bioengineering and transportation and vehicle systems, which undoubtedly reflects the interdisciplinary nature of the network.

Advisory members
The advisory members act as mentors of the network.

Participants
Currently, the membership of the proposed network is open to all newly appointed academics with research interests in automatic control and related subject areas. We expect the members to be within 5 years of their first lectureship appointment.
